Alan Shearer gives damning 16 word appraisal of Newcastle United

Alan Shearer has given this damning appraisal of Newcastle United.

This follows Monday night’s match at St James’ Park.

Newcastle United losing 1-0 at home to Everton in the Premier League.

This defeat coming only four days after the Toffees won 3-1 at the Hill Dickinson Stadium to knock United out of the Carabao Cup.

A depressing one-two that has knocked Newcastle United fans cold.

Alan Shearer watched on as the team he has always supported put in such a poor performance and the scouse mackems deservedly won.

Alan Shearer using his personal social media to issue this damning 16 word Newcastle United summary: “Well done Everton. Much better than Newcastle. Nothing at all from the Toon. Very very poor.”

I can’t disagree with any of that…
