As of this morning (8am Monday 22 July 2019) there have been 65 Premier League signings so far.
Clubs working as hard as possible to ensure they are as ready as possible for the season ahead.
An acceptance and appreciation that as well as trying to improve the quality of the squad/team, it is important to bring players in as early as possible.
Ensuring that they are given time to get to know their new teammates and work on tactics and team play.

You may notice that one club is missing from the list.
Welcome to the world of Newcastle United.
It is now the 68th day of the 2019 summer transfer window and only 17 days left after today.
Less than three weeks until the season kicks off, top quality manager Rafa Benitez replaced by head coach Steve Bruce and no new signings, plus Mike Ashley has been happy to watch the two strikers leave the club who scored 23 of the 42 PL goals last season.
Even if signings are announced early this week, with Steve Bruce saying the squad won’t be back training until Wednesday, it means you are looking at a maximum of two weeks for new signings to integrate into the squad and then hit the ground running.
Not much more needs to be said really…
