Biography
After a relatively low-key club career in the Czech Republic, Denmark and Slovakia, the then 29 year old goalkeeper grabbed his chance with both hands when arriving on loan at St James Park in January 2018. A win and a clean sheet against Manchester United on his Newcastle debut and his initial loan quickly became a permanent £4m move in summer 2018.
