Breaking News: Sky report four interviewed for Newcastle Head Coach job

At least three candidates including Remi Garde have already been interviewed for the vacant Newcastle head coach job according to news just released by Sky Sports.

Another potential Head Coach will also be interviewed within the next 24 hours.

The broadcaster has been Mike Ashley’s medium of choice when it comes to releasing information and you would imagine that this won’t have changed following Alan Pardew’s departure.

The Sky Sports statement;

‘Newcastle have held informal talks with former Lyon coach Remi Garde about succeeding Alan Pardew at St. James’ Park according to Sky Sources.

It is understood Garde is one of at least three people Newcastle have spoken to and the club will be speaking to one more candidate within the next 24 hours.’

Hopefully a successful candidate will be appointed shortly because there is some major work to be done to sort the club out both short and long-term.

Let’s all hope that most importantly they can attract the right person.
