Wednesday night brings news that the fans’ Newcastle shirt is being relaunched with a slight difference after legal action by Mike Ashley.

Club directors have claimed that the W**** factor hasn’t put fans off and that this season’s black & white release has been the best selling strip of recent years, anecdotal (with our own eyes) evidence would appear to be at odds with that.
