Derek Llambias “The board are pleased to welcome Joe back to the club. Joe has many years of experience working within the game, and this experience will be of great benefit to the club in achieving our objectives over the coming seasons.”
Joe Kinnear has stated a number of times already that it is a load of rubbish that he has any intention of replacing Alan Pardew as manager of Newcastle United, now or any time in the future.
Interesting then to look back at Joe’s career then to see if we have any clues…
Revelations this morning as a spy has managed to gain access to Joe Kinnear’s diary and following his successful (well no doubt he’ll be pleased with it, if he can remember which particular lies and truths he told on this occasion) interview on Talksport last night, we can reveal our new Director of Football’s schedule today.
For example, if this morning a press conference had been held with Joe sitting in between Derek Llambias and Alan Pardew, with all three of them explaining how this appointment was to everybody’s benefit and how it would take the club forward again, then the club couldn’t have done any more to try and sell this move to the fans.
Dennis Wise; “My transfers woz great, all of them kids wot I got have dun magic. Look at that Nile Ranger, he’s never out of the headlines. Still proud of that Xisco geezer I got them from somebody down the Queen Vic. He cost a few monkeys he did but look at what they saved in not having to buy him new boots and no kit to clean.”
If any of you are in any doubt as to this being a shocking decision, just read what Kinnear has had to say today about his previous time at Newcastle. To summarise…we didn’t like him because he wasn’t a Geordie and Newcastle’s relegation was nothing to do with him. Unbelievable.
