Ashley has brought in his mate to do a job, a hard job at that, but a job that Kinnear has already proved himself within: taking the heat in the media. The theory is simply that Ashley doesn’t want to spend any money, like he would be for the wage and signing on fee of Douglas Franco Teixeira
We have picked three of the (now) central characters at St.James’ Park and we’re asking you to look into your black & white crystal balls and tell us who you THINK will leave first, not who you would LIKE to leave first.
As far as I have seen, no Newcastle supporter would want him. Which is not like saying a majority don’t want him here…NO Newcastle supporter wants him. The appointment is therefore antagonistic and disruptive.
Earlier today we brought you [intlink id=”30257″ type=”post”]an exclusive[/intlink], with Newcastle United taking the Shearer tag away from the bar at the Gallowgate End. Shearer’s Bar which was opened in 2004 and has been undergoing a refurbishment, the club confirming this afternoon that indeed Shearer’s name would be removed from the bar at St.James’ Park.
Like the rest of us, Shearer probably couldn’t believe what was happening but again like us, he has now realised that there are no limits to how bizarrely Mike Ashley is determined to run Newcastle United, no matter what Alan Shearer or any of us think.
Hold on a second, it seems all is not lost for JFK on the support front, enter local hero, Steven ‘’Beat my chest then play like sh**e’ Taylor! Apparently; Joe is a fantastic manager, did a great job last time, had us in a great league position (4 points above the drop zone when he left if I am not mistaken) and we only hit the skids when he suffered his heart attack and was forced to leave!
…furious that this glorious club could be dragged through the mud….again…..for the umpteenth time in the last 30 years or so (McKeag, Westwood, Waddle, Gazza, Beardo, Relegation, Cole, Ferdy, Ginola, Dalglish, Gullit, SBR, Shepherd/Hall, Allardyce, Ashley, NUFC for sale x 3, Wise, Jimenez, KK, Kinnear, Relegation, Hughton, Sportsdirect.com, Wonga, and finally Kinnear).
Alan Pardew has indicated he is ready to stay and fight, while not so positive rumours surround Chief Scout Graham Carr. However, our understanding is that a name far bigger than any of them is set to be removed from St.James’ Park.
