We now have a full set of 20 Premier League Managers.

Wednesday saw both Tottenham and Everton appoint new managers, with Nuno and Rafa Benitez back in work.

Now on Sunday, Crystal Palace have confirmed that Patrick Vieira is their new boss.

Listed below are the Premier League Managers – Going from the most recently appointed to longest established:

0 Days – Patrick Vieira (Crystal Palace) 4 July 2021

4 Days – Nuno (Tottenham) 30 June 2021

4 Days – Rafa Benitez (Everton) 30 June 2021

25 Days – Bruno Lage (Wolves) 9 June 2021

159 Days – Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea) 26 January 2021

196 Days – Xisco Munoz (Watford) 20 December 2020

1 Year 187 Days – David Moyes (West Ham) 29 December 2019

1 Year 196 Days – Mikel Arteta (Arsenal) 20 December 2019

1 Year 352 Days – Steve Bruce (Newcastle United) 17 July 2019

2 Years 45 Days – Graham Potter (Brighton) 20 May 2019

2 Years 127 Days – Brendan Rodgers (Leicester) 26 February 2019

2 Years 197 Days – Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (Man Utd) 19 December 2018

2 Years 211 Days – Ralph Hasenhuttl (Southampton) 5 December 2018

2 Years 261 Days – Thomas Frank (Brentford) 16 October 2018

2 Years 267 Days – Dean Smith (Aston Villa) 10 October 2018

3 Years 19 Days – Marcelo Bielsa (Leeds) 15 June 2018

4 Years 40 Days – Daniel Farke (Norwich) 25 May 2017

5 Years 3 Days – Pep Guardiola (Man City) 1 July 2016

5 Years 269 Days – Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool) 8 October 2015

8 Years 247 Days – Sean Dyche (Burnley) 30 October 2012

As you can see, only 11 have been in their jobs longer than Steve Bruce, who will celebrate two years in 13 days time.

However, when you look only at managers who were employed when their clubs were in the Premier League, there are actually only six who have been in their jobs longer than the Newcastle United Head Coach – Klopp, Guardiola, Hasenhuttl, Solskjaer, Rodgers and Potter.

A couple of other observations…

Interesting to see that six of the 20 Premier League Managers above, were appointed over a period of just over the last six months, whereas before this half dozen there hadn’t been a single one of them appointed for over a year.

Let the sack race begin!
