We already knew Matt Ritchie and Jamaal Lejeune are unavailable until after the new year.
Then Allan Saint-Maximin was also ruled out until 2020 after he got injured on Sunday, Steve Bruce admitting afterwards he shouldn’t have played ASM as he was carrying an injury.
Steve Bruce on Friday morning also confirming that Ciaran Clark misses Burnley.
The defender forced off against Southampton with an injury.
Meanwhile, the head coach says that Ki Sung-yeung is also not available.
It gets worse as Steve Bruce says that Jonjo Shelvey and Miguel Almiron could also be ruled out.
Bruce saying ‘question marks’ on the pair and it depends on whether they are able to successfully train on Friday.
The one positive is that he has confirmed Florian Lejeune will be in the squad for Burnley after an eight months absence.
