The results of the Newcastle v Wolves player ratings by fans.

Always interested to see what supporters have collectively made of the latest performance, when using our interactive ratings system.

Each player marked out of 10 and the averages below.

The same as last week at Chelsea, Newcastle conceding with 17 minutes remaining.

Thankfully hanging on to a point, despite Wolves completely dominating after the break.

One standout player going forward for Newcastle United and that was Allan Saint-Maximin (6.7). The winger is clearly in need of some direction from the coaching team to focus on more of an end product but he was the only player to cause Wolves  problem, tehe visitors resorting to fouls and bookings to stop his pacey runs.

Three other players managed over 6.0 and they were all defenders.

Centre-backs Fernandez (6.5) and Lascelles (6.4) combining for the goal and along with Clark (6.1) they did a decent job in helping NUFC to a fortunate point.

At the other end of the scale, Joelinton (3.4) got by far the lowest fan rating. Hardly got a kick as he was pretty much starved of service and support, the Head Coach’s negative approach harming the Brazilian more than any other player.

Only one other player got less than 5.0 and that was Marin Dubravka (4.8). He had decent game apart from that mistake which contributed to the goal and hence the very low mark, that’s the life of a goalkeeper.

The other five starters all rated in the five point somethings.

Sean Longstaff (5.0) just scraping that after his reckless challenge brought a red card, whilst nice to see Almiron (5.7) acknowledged to an extent. He did a lot of running and great defensive work, though marred that with  couple of poor decisions going forward. Another player suffering from the negative approach to games.

The final three players all rated 5.3. Matty Longstaff chasing shadows in the second-half, whilst wing-backs Willems and Yedlin were poor to average throughout the 90 minutes.

Below are the ratings as voted by Newcastle fans up to 9am Tuesday:
