Where will Newcastle United finish in the 2019/20 Premier League table? Vote now
We are asking Newcastle fans today: ‘Where will Newcastle United finish in the 2019/20 Premier League table?’
Looking ahead just over nine months time, where will NUFC be in the table after that final game on 17 May 2020?
Only four games gone but after what you have seen on and off the pitch, including the summer 2019 transfer window, where do you think is the logical position for Newcastle to end up?
I must admit I was surprised to see what an ‘interesting’ end to the season we have.
I hadn’t realised that the very final match is Liverpool at home.
That final home game last season was a cracker in May, although Newcastle had nothingĀ to play for.
Imagine if we need something this time…
Imagine if Liverpool do as well!
In fact, the last five games of this 2019/20 season don’t make great reading: the schedule counting down is Man City away, Watford away, Spurs home, Brighton away and then that Liverpool home game.
The three clubs very likely to fill the top three positions and away games at teams that are very likely going to be relegation rivals.
Looking ahead, I’m guessing we will need to take advantage of what looks a far kinder seven game run ahead of the final five matches, that seeing NUFC up against: Palace (A), Burnley (H), Southampton (A), Sheffield Utd (H), Villa (H), Bournemouth (A), West Ham (H).
So after 38 Premier League matches, where do you think Newcastle United will end up?
