Thursday announcement – Confirmed 7 Newcastle United Live TV matches scheduled to end of October
An announcement on Newcastle United Live TV matches has been made on Thursday.
The period covered is October, which follows previous announcements on August and September.
Newcastle United confirming another two have been chosen.
The home game against Wolves is now on Sunday 27 October with a 2pm kick-off.
Whilst Man Utd away is 4.30pm on Sunday 6 October.
Chelsea away (19 October) is untouched.
This means seven of Newcastle’s first ten Premier League matches have moved for live TV, a sign of things to come no doubt.
For a club that means nothing to anybody else, supposedly, amazing how popular we are with the broadcasters.
No doubt they are rubbing their hands as well at the mess Mike Ashley has the club in, for them it equals great television.

Newcastle United official announcement:
Two of Newcastle United’s three Premier League fixtures in October have been selected for live television coverage.
The Magpies’ game against Manchester United at St. James’ Park will be broadcast by Sky Sports, kicking off at 4.30pm on Sunday, 6th October – exactly a year to the day since the two sides played out a five-goal thriller at Old Trafford.
Sky have also selected Newcastle’s clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of the month, with the game moving to Sunday, 27th October. Kick-off will be at 2pm.
The Magpies’ trip to Chelsea on Saturday, 19th October will remain as it is, kicking off at 3pm.
