Wolves fans can’t believe just how bad Newcastle United are – Savage comments

Wolves fans watched on as their team strolled to a 4-0 victory over Newcastle United.

A club on the up with a plan and a very good manager, that has seen net investment of around £125m in the squad this past 14 months.

Up against one that hasn’t got a club, an owner who has forced a top class manager out and replaced him with a substandard Head Coach, with no net investment these past 14 months – instead a £30m+ profit on transfers in and out.

Wolves won by four but it could easily have been ten, whilst at the other end Newcastle didn’t have a serious effort on target.

As pleased as they were with their own team’s showing, the Wolves fans though weren’t blind to what they were seeing from the opposition.

Reading these comments below sums up just what a shocking state Mike Ashley has the team/club in, only three weeks before the Premier league kicks off.

Wolves fans commenting via their Molineux Mix message board:

‘If I was a Newcastle fan watching that today I would be dreading the season coming up.

We didn’t get out of 1st gear and it was nice to see some of the youngsters given a chance to impress.’

‘’We did really well although Newcastle are shocking, they have big problems at the minute.’

‘Normally pre-season friendlies don’t matter but this is a nightmare for Newcastle!

Already such a bad feeling around the club, then they announce Bruce as a manager this morning and then this disaster.

I think it’s fair to say the Newcastle fans haven’t got the feel good factor.’

‘Thank fu.. we failed to sign Colback two years ago.’

‘Record win for this tournament apparently.’

‘Newcastle rubbish but still, very impressive showing! Boly is a beast, Traore impressive at wing back, Jota cruising, MGW looks sharp, great cameos from Vinagre, Sanderson and Perry! Warming up very nicely thank you!’

‘Let’s not forget how rubbish Newcastle are performing before getting over excited. Only play what’s presented of course and we have done the expected well.’

‘Never got out of second gear Newcastle were poor. Gibbs White and Ennis impressed.’

‘A pretty decent performance against a team I expect to be in the relegation battle.’

‘Solid and professional performance. Controlled the game from the start.’

‘Newcastle fans there have unveiled a banner giving their verdict on things… (Warning – not for the sensitive).’

Shola Ameobi: “I think Wolves deserved the win.”…

You think?…YOU THINK??…’

‘All has to be placed in the context of a woeful and directionless Newcastle, but still positives to be taken.’

‘Very happy right now admittedly Newcastle were poor but a lot of our players looked good even some of those youngsters like Vinagre,Sanderson,Perry and Ennis.’

‘Premier League Club Newcastle 0 vs Premier League Club Wolves 4

Anyone remember a pre-season friendly against Morecambe a few years ago?’

‘We looked like we haven’t been away, nice tidy performance and clinical with the few chances created in what must have been horrible conditions to play in, with the caveat that Newcastle are rancid.’

‘4-0 well done me babbies could have been more, Newcastle have big problems okay its only a pre season friendly but on this showing relegation candidates.’

‘Protests against Bruce’s appointment planned already.

Sheffield Wednesday threatening legal action.

Embarrassing performance In the PL Asia trophy.

I’ve heard JOSWolf’s cousin JOSGeordie has just been put on suicide watch.’
