The story of this Newcastle United summer – Action so far and important upcoming dates/landmarks

The Newcastle United squad return in three days time on Thursday to start pre-season.

Already we have seen the club announce season ticket price rises, the new home kit launched and NUFC charging more for the 2019/20 shirt more than any other PL club was charging for theirs, before then announcing that Rafa Benitez wouldn’t be staying.

In terms of positive news…

The Premier League transfer window is now on its 47th day with exactly 38 days more to go, after today.

No manager, no new signings and less than two weeks before the NUFC squad fly off to China.

Below we have listed dates of varying interest for Newcastle United fans.

This week alone we are seeing a manager depart, the squad report back for pre-season, a season ticket renewal deadline, as well as an announcement expected on more games moved for live TV coverage.
