The Premier League clubs net spend since June 2016 – ‘Interesting’ for Newcastle United fans

The stats have been published showing Premier League clubs net spend since June 2016.

This period takes in the last six Premier League transfer windows.

This conveniently is also the period Rafa Benitez has had at Newcastle United.

So the stats show just how well the NUFC manager has been ‘supported’ in the transfer market by Mike Ashley.

For the absence of any doubt, in case anybody is not absolutely sure, the next spend in these past three years is the money paid out on players by each club, less what they have brought in by selling players.

The figures pretty much speak for themselves where Newcastle United, Mike Ashley and Rafa Benitez are concerned.

The Premier League clubs net spend (£) since June 2016 via Premier League Panel:

Man City: 343m

Man Utd: 310m

Chelsea: 203m

Everton: 160m

Arsenal: 148m

Brighton: 130m

Wolves: 124m

West Ham: 112m

Bournemouth: 104m

Fulham: 101m

Palace: 85m

Huddersfield: 81m

Leicester: 76m

Liverpool: 73m

Burnley: 49m

Watford: 41m
