Mike Ashley day celebrated by Newcastle United fans – Greatest achievements these past 12 years
It is 12 years to the day since Mike Ashley bought Newcastle United.
On the 23 May 2007 it was announced that he had purchased Sir John Hall’s shareholding.
That setting in motion the surety of Ashley owning the entire club.
To ‘celebrate’ these past 12 years, Newcastle fans have dedicated today as ‘Mike Ashley Day’, a special moment for us all.
Under the hashtag #MikeAshleyDay, NUFC supporters have been putting forward an ever growing list of suggestions to go on his roll of honour.
