Nicky Butt arrested on suspicion of assaulting a woman
Nicky Butt has been arrested according to widespread media reports on Tuesday night.
It is reported that the former Manchester United player has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a woman.
Nicky Butt is now in charge of the Man Utd Academy and was arrested only hours before Manchester United were beaten 3-0 by Barcelona in the Champions League.

There were no details last night on the identity of the woman who was allegedly assaulted, but police said she suffered a small cut to her hand and did not require hospital treatment.’
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said:
“Police were called at around 2pm on Tuesday to reports that a woman had been assaulted at a house on Broadway, Hale.
