Graeme Swann was a very happy man as the final whistle blew at St James Park.

The former England cricketer is a massive Newcastle fans and was over the moon that his team had picked up their first win.

Newcastle hanging on grimly in the first half but after injuries forced three substitutions, the Magpies bounced back to win the game and look more like a team in the final half hour.

Looking like he’d already had a few drinks to celebrate the victory, Graeme Swann had this video message (see below) for Rafa Benitez and his team after the win.

Graeme Swann:

“Dilly dilly to Rafa and the boys.

“Three points, first win of the season.

“Unbelievable.

“I’m so happy.

“Howay the lads, keep it going.

“Dilly dilly.

“Howay Rafa.”
