Watford confirm agreement on cheaper tickets with Newcastle United

Watford have announced that they have reached an agreement with Newcastle United on ticket prices.
When the Hornets visit St James Park on Saturday 3 November, the travelling fans will pay £25 for adults.
Then when Newcastle are away at Watford in December (29th), the visiting fans will pay the same.
At the moment, there is a Premier League-wide agreement that away fans pay no more than £30, the clubs shamed into the move in light of the ever growing riches they bank.
So a fiver saved and of course, every little helps.
Mike Ashley will be desperate to see as many extra bums on seats as possible in the next few weeks.
Newcastle still haven’t sold out any home match so far this season, despite attractive opposition and all four clubs selling 3,000+ tickets.
Three of the next four games are home to Brighton, Watford and Bournemouth, with a surprise if any of them bring any more than a thousand fans.
Every chance we could see three home games in a row with gates of below fifty thousand, the reality being that season ticket sales were significantly down this summer and thousands of Newcastle fans are already staying away because of Mike Ashley’s running of the club.

Watford Official Announcement:
Watford FC are pleased to announce that a reciprocal ticket pricing arrangement to benefit both sets of supporters has been agreed with Newcastle United.
The Hornets and the Magpies have worked together to further reduce ticket prices, with supporters of both clubs already benefitting from reductions as a result of the away ticket price cap, which was introduced at the start of the 2016/17 Premier League season.
Every Premier League meeting between the two clubs since Watford’s promotion in 2015 has had a reciprocal pricing deal in place, in order to benefit both sets of fans.
Watford fans travelling to St James’ Park on Saturday November 3 will pay the following ticket prices:
Adult £25
Junior (Under-18) £11
Senior (65 & Over) / full-time student £17
Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled Prices:
Adult £12.50
Junior (Under-18) £5.50
Senior (65 & Over) / full-time student £8.50
All above prices include a free personal assistant where required
In turn, Magpies fans making the return journey on Saturday December 29 will pay the same prices.
