A captivating World Cup finals is now just a recent memory for Newcastle United fans.

Only 24 hours until Newcastle play their first pre-season friendly and we are once again really engaged with the madness that is NUFC.

Events in Russia have been the perfect tonic to an underwhelming transfer window so far.

Newcastle United still trading at a profit on transfers this summer and the team and squad slightly weaker than what we had at the end of last season.

It is St Patrick’s Athletic who ease Newcastle back into action, the kickabout against the Dublin-based club coming at the end of the week-long training camp in County Kildare.

Whilst there are still 24 days until transfer deadline, it is worth pointing out that the five pre-season friendlies come thick and fast now.

If Rafa Benitez is to bring in those key major signings, especially up front, he will surely want them playing a significant part in pre-season.

The clock is ticking on so many areas, best of luck to Rafa as he attempts to perform more minor miracles.

Bottom 3 after 6 games the way this shower of schitt is acting, even the great
Rafa Benitez may not be able to save Newcastle this time around,
then he`ll be off to a club that will appreciate his talents

    • Clarko

‘even the great Rafa Benitez may not be able to save Newcastle this time around’

Yeah, because Benitez has saved us every single time, he has never been in charge when we have been relegated… Oh…

      • JonMag

        [email protected]@k off birdbrain

        • Wor Lass

That`s my new best mate you`re talking to!

          • JonMag

His heads on back to front like that cretin from Monkseaton

  • Wor Lass

Things really kicked off over here after the final last night. Between the end of the match and lights out around midnight there must have been at least three cars going past honking their horns in celebration. Les voisins have never known anything like it!

    • Geordiegiants

Ha ha it was only Clark’s driving past on his horn topiss you off.

      • Wor Lass

Me and Clarko are buddies now – I stuck up for him yesterday. I had to lie down afterwards. Are you drying out today?

        • Geordiegiants

I’m feeling it alright especially after the heat last night.
Anyway I’ve always given time to Clarko, even though it has been taking thepiss, but I’ve definetly come to the same conclusion as most, he is a troll. Feel daft for being so slow about it. I did find out another member is from America and I thought he was a troll and isn’t by the looks of things.

          • Wor Lass

The thing is, it`s the trolls more often than not that make things interesting. Clarko is crazier than most but he does actually like the football. I never block anyone because it would just become too boring.

          • Geordiegiants

I agree, I blocked Mugpie, he is the k my one I have blocked to date, because he is just on here to create clicks but sometimes its good to read other people’s replies.
After Clarko coming out with Rafa relegated us, you just know it’s a troll.
I have a different view on a wide variety of issues to numerous people. Some of our views are the same on one issue but the exact opposite on others. It’s a forum that’s what we are here for.

          • Wor Lass

He`s a wind-up merchant, all right, but I don`t go for all that secret ManU fan conspiracy stuff. I often agree with things he says about the players but not anything he has to say about Ashley.

          • Geordiegiants

He is a tosser no doubt and like I say I’ve given him plenty opportunity in the past, but he is not a Newcastle fan. I don’t buy all of this Manure stuff either, but I think that jabba will have a team of cyber spy’s and agent working on here and various other platforms.

    • TheNutJob

just as well we didn`t play them, i hate to think what the score would have been

      • Wor Lass

The latest Fench motto: Liberte, Egalite, Mbappe!

        • TheNutJob

Michael had a phone call off mam last night at 10pm
telling him to put dad up as he wasn`t getting in the hoose

  • Geordiegiants

I think with a striker added to the ranks we will be ok, if we get as little as 2 – 3 injuries at any one time we arefucked though.

    • TheNutJob

Jonjo, Jamaal or Kenedy get injured for a month we`re in the 💩
if 2 of those 3 get injured we`re Doomed Geordie, Doomed

      • Geordiegiants

I would say any 2 or 3 of the first 11, as for being doomed we already are.
The fatcunt has already made sure of that.

        • Peaky

          Golden Boot……..Harry Kane
          Golden Player…….Modric
          Golden Keeper……Courtois
          Golden Youngun….Mbappe

Special Achievement Award………Geordiegiants for getting some tremendous swearing past the censors these last few days.

          • JonMag

is he the one daft enough to buy Mitro`s shirt off Nutty

          • Geordiegiants

  • TheNutJob

the Fat Gringo`s gone dark, even his minion Penfold can`t reach him & the safe timer is locked until 17-01 on August 9th

    • Peaky

Leazes has gone AWOL….that wasn’t him who invaded the pitch yesterday in Moscow was it ???

      • JonMag

God knows what he`s up to, it won`t be anything nice

  • JonMag

wonder where my mate from Monkseaton is, having brain surgery i hope

    • Geordiegiants

Hopefully visiting Jabba in hospital while he dies a slow painful death.
