The first of the Newcastle United friendlies takes place in just over five weeks time.

The Newcastle squad regrouping at the training ground in three weeks time, then after initial assessments and training they head off for a week’s pre-training camp in Ireland once again.

This time, Rafa’s players take on St Patrick’s Athletic in a friendly game as part of their week away.

The League of Ireland team are currently fifth of ten in the table, with the season taking place throughout the Spring/Summer months.

Friday morning has seen St Patrick’s Athletic confirm the ticket prices for the friendly match:

St Patrick’s can confirm ticket arrangements for the upcoming friendly against Newcastle United on Tuesday, July 17 in Richmond Park (kick-off 7.45pm).

Ticket prices for the friendly are as follows:

€15 Adults

€10 Students/OAPs

€5 Juveniles under 12

English Premier League side Newcastle United are managed by Rafael Benitez and include in their ranks Republic of Ireland internationals Ciaran Clark and Rob Elliot.

Tickets can be bought now at this link or from the Saints’ club office on 125 Emmet Road, Inchicore.

If you are intending to go to the game then you can buy tickets for the Newcastle away end now, the adult price equates to around £13.

The link above has options for Newcastle fans as well as home fans to buy from St Patrick’s, with prices the same for home and away fans in each category.

No sign as to whether Newcastle United will sell tickets over the counter from the ticket office for this friendly, indeed there has not even been any details released yet on how fans can renew their season tickets.

The ticket office said they expected details to be made public by the end of this week but still nothing has materialised.
