Dennis Wise has given his opinion on Newcastle United’s display at Liverpool on Saturday.
He was asked by Sky Sports to give a grade for all the performances of the Premier League teams who played on Saturday and Sunday.
Then to explain why he had made his choice.

We asked Sky Sports News guest Dennis Wise to offer his verdict on the weekend’s top-flight action, with the former Chelsea midfielder grading each club on their display.’
Dennis Wise gives Newcastle a ‘C’ grade, only Everton (‘D’) get a lower rating.
Mike Ashley’s mate says that Newcastle ‘kept themselves in it, and look organised’.
However, Wise says that Liverpool’s quality was too much.

“Newcastle kept themselves in it, and look organised, but the quality came through from Liverpool.”
