Adam Armstrong makes it 5 goals in 5 games – Watch his excellent strike here
Adam Armstrong has celebrated winning player of the month for Blackburn with yet another goal.
In February, the Newcastle loan striker won that player of the month award thanks to four goals and two assists (see below).
On Saturday, Blackburn were up against promotion rivals Wigan and Adam Armstrong produced the goods again.
Arma’s excellent sixth minute strike looked to have put Rovers on the way to another victory but the game ended 2-2.
Watch here as Adam Armstrong seizes his chance with an excellent early left foot striker to make it five goals in his last five matches.

The Mag – Friday 2 March 2018:
Adam Armstrong was given time to bed in at Blackburn Rovers.
After a bit of a disaster in the first half of the season at Bolton, the Newcastle loan striker was desperate to get back on track.
At Bolton, the striker had ended up out of position out on the left wing, before eventually being regularly left out the team.
Bolton’s Manager said he wanted the Geordie forward to stay on but not surprisingly he has moved on.
Reunited with Tony Mowbray, the manager who he scored 20 goals for when on loan at Coventry as an 18/19 year old, the payback has been stunning in February.
Starting five League games and off the bench in another, Adam Armstrong has been involved in six goals, scoring four and two assists.
After four goals and two assists in February, it’s no wonder @AdamArma9 has been voted our Player of the Month! ? pic.twitter.com/phlfjjSroL

His form has helped lead Blackburn to the top of the table and now looking a great bet to come straight back up.
Friday afternoon has now brought news that Adam Armstrong has won the Blackburn player of the month for February, hopefully with plenty more to come.
