Hopefully Slimani up top with Gayle playing off him with Kenedy and Ritchie attacking down the flanks.

  • Dave Mitchison

I would like to see Dubravka, Yedlin, Lejune, Lascelles and Dummett Murphy, Shelvey, Diame and Kenedy. Ritchie in as a number 10 and Slimani up top.

    • Dillon Tovak

      Exactly my pick 🙂

You couldn`t say anyone “deserved to be dropped” after last time out`s performance but if Slimani is fit he surely has to feature. Personally, I don`t much see the point of holding someone in reserve when they`ve been injured unless someone else is doing a good job in their position. If they`re that dodgy then why risk wasting a sub? Our strikers have been dire in the finishing stakes, though, so get him in. Probably leave Gayle in there and bench Perez?

Merino has gone very quiet after being our best player by a mile early this season. While i’m loving the new an dimproved Shelvey/Diame central pairing, it would be nic eto see Merino get some more game time as he looked really comfortable on the ball…would like to see him link up with Kenedy.

Drop perez for slimani and the last team out would have it for me.

Played with heart and passion. If we do anything like that against bournmouth i think we can take em

Eh? Slimani is ahead of Perez in the list. Perez is 12th in the fan’s choice. Like some fans and Raffa, I see in his play things that seem to be missed by many.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Play the team that beat Man U. My only exception would be Merino in for Perez. His height and ball retention could be key against a physical Bournemouth.

No Slimani despitethe fact we#re paying his mega wages so same old same old ? If we can beat the Mancs with that line up we should be capable of taking on the mighty Boscombe FC.
