The Mike Ashley Out campaign has been under the radar for the past 18 months or so.

The appointment of Rafa Benitez leading disgruntled fans not to suddenly believe in the owner of Newcastle United – buy rather to concentrate on giving the Spaniard full support after he made the brave/and decision to come and try to rescue us and put the club where (we all believe) it belongs.

The January 2017 transfer window saw Rafa misled by Mike Ashley, with not a single signing made, the manager furious at the end of that window.

Summer 2017 was the same, the United boss having to go for bargain signings to supplement his squad as Mike Ashley failed to back him or keep ‘promises’, both Huddersfield and Brighton having far higher net spends than Newcastle.

January 2018 and 17 days into the window, not a single signing made as yet.

On top of that, Tuesday night saw Mike Ashley spit his dummy out and put out yet another PR message through his friends at Sky Sports, claiming Amanda Staveley and her group had proved a ‘complete waste of time’ in terms of talks to buy the club, the Ms Staveley camp responding then also through the media, insisting a written offer had been made but not accepted by Ashley.

Events that has led to the AshleyOut.com campaign springing back into action with the following statement.

Statement on Mike Ashley Out site – Wednesday 17 January 2018:

‘It’s been over a decade since Mike Ashley became the owner of Newcastle United with much fanfare and promise.

Since then our club has been the subject of an organised tumble into mediocrity for the benefit of one person, and one person only, Michael James Wallace Ashley.

There have been embarrassing appointments at director and managerial level, our club and ground have been associated with tacky brands, club legends have been humiliated, club debt has risen, matchday and commercial revenue have dropped significantly and our league and cup records have deteriorated. From regular European qualification and forays into the latter stages of cup competitions, to being under perennial threat of relegation and cup exits at the first hurdle to prioritise league survival.

Today the club is an empty shell, a shadow of its grand former self. There is no ambition beyond staying in, or getting back to, the Premier League to pick up “our” share of the enormous TV revenues the league generates. We are lucky enough to currently have a world class manager in Rafa Benitez, who came here because he sees the incredible potential in the club, but who will almost certainly not stick around for much longer if the club’s ownership situation remains as it is. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to return the club to its former glory, one this club under Mike Ashley probably didn’t deserve, but one that feels like it’s already on the brink of collapse.

In the early parts of his reign Mike Ashley very publicly “put the club up for sale” twice, but in the end he got away with public posturing and asking for patience whilst the “takeover process” ran its course.

In the autumn of 2017 the club was officially put up for sale a third time as “all that can be done has been done”. Like on the two previous occasions at least one very credible prospective buyer presented themselves to test Mike Ashley’s “desire to see the club go forward, advance, flourish, so an appropriate person would have resources, time, a management structure, a plan for the club that was deemed to be appropriate and suitable”. Like (at least) twice before however, Mike Ashley pulled the plug on negotiations, calling them “exhausting, frustrating and a complete waste of time”. The reality was and sadly remains that he was never actually inclined to sell up, not for a reasonable and fair valuation at least.

We urge Mike Ashley to sell Newcastle United to a new owner who has the means and the ambition to fulfill the club’s undoubted potential, as soon as possible and as a matter of urgency, not in an attempt to maximise his profit in doing so but to ensure the club is finally run by someone who has “the best interests of Newcastle United at heart and had both the commitment and finance to be worthy custodians of such a fine football club”. Do what’s best for Newcastle United for once, not what’s best for Mike Ashley. We will not lie down until the objective to see him removed as owner of our beloved club has been achieved.

We call upon all Newcastle United fans to support our campaign aimed at ending Mike Ashley’s tenure, now more than ever. We are all being continuously lied to and deceived in a cold and calculated fashion by Ashley and his people. Their aim of keeping our fanbase pacified and sitting in their seats for the TV cameras cannot be allowed to succeed. This website documents Mike Ashley’s many ploys, lies and failures, and alongside our social media presence, will be the background of organised protests at Newcastle United games and away from them.’

Going to try and make time to insult you wherever possible.

          • Clarko

Is that because you don’t have the IQ to debate me?

            It’s rhetorical, you don’t.

Clarko you`re as funny as a pedo`s to do list

          • Clarko

            You would know.

          • GToon

Clarko, can you answer me a serious question please. How old are you?

          • Clarko

Old enough to know that you shouldn’t be asking that question if you think that “Clarko you`re as funny as a pedo`s to do list” is “hilarious”.

          • GToon

But you are retaliating like a child. I don’t agree with a lot of what you say but I think sometimes you present a reasonable argument.

          • Clarko

I’m “retaliating like a child”? You’ve have just said that you found a “pedo`s to do list” joke, “hilarious”…

I always present a reasonable argument, which is why you have resorted to asking how old I am as a form of insult, instead of actually challenging my arguments.

          • GToon

I was curious, as on the one hand you can formulate a reasonable argument and yet on the other hand you behave like a child with your petty insults to the other people on this forum. I’m 50 and have quite a childish sense of humour. So?

          • Clarko

Can you give me an example of me behaving like a “child” by making “petty insults” on this thread?

“I’m 50 and have quite a childish sense of humour”, I hear that children love “pedo” jokes. Embarrassing, you’re a hypocrite, that was my point.

What relevance does age or the first time I attended a game have to any argument that I’ve made? I pretty sure it’s zero. It has zero relevance.

          • GToon

Ok, let me explain. The other blokes on here are taking the p1ss out of you mate. It’s really funny to read but it’s a bit sad too. Sad that you seem happy to go along with it and yet you seem to be reasonably intelligent, hence my question about your age. I’m not trying to insult you, I was just asking.
The comment “you would know” that you posted is just like a “takes one to know one” comment that a child on a playground would make.

          • Clarko

You didn’t ask my age because you were curious, you were asking as a form of insult, you confirm that in the following paragraph, “comment that a child on a playground would make”.

So the comment “you would know” is a comment that prompted you to ask me my age because you thought it was incredibly childish, but you were happy with, and even found some of the comments below “hilarious”:

            “#spewintoafireplacewithashley”

            “#stamponclarko”

“Clarko you`re as funny as a pedo`s to do list”

            “You’re funny in the head.”

You’re 50 years of age. Grow up, get an education, read a book, you’re not one of the “lads” anymore, you shouldn’t be making comments like “the other blokes on here are taking the p1ss out of you mate”, you shouldn’t find “pedo” jokes “hilarious”, it’s embarrassing, I’m embarrassed to be part of the same fanbase as you.

          • GToon

            Ok. Enough.

          • Clarko

You’re [email protected] right that’s enough.

          • GToon

            Ok.

          • TheFatController

I think the main question is why, when many fans hate Ashley, do you come on and relish supporting him?

Surely you love antagonizing people to come on regularly provoking people who are genuinely and justifiably angered by Ashley.

So if you’re seen by many on here as just antagonistic, surely they have a right to question how you can make arguments for Ashley that are the grammar of an adult yet clearly you get off on antagonizing people, which is a dhild’s mentality?

It’s bizarre, hence no one forgets your posts.

          • Clarko

Joking aside (#StandWithAshley), I don’t come on here and support Ashley , I come on here, read unjustified criticism about Ashley and try to correct that wrong/misinformation. Any “support” you think I have for Ashley is just your bias (or something else) clouding your judgment.

If people feel antagonised or get angered by a comment like “#StandWithAshley”, that’s on them, not me.

Your third paragraph doesn’t make sense.

Your fourth paragraph doesn’t make sense, although that’s probably because you third paragraph didn’t make sense.

          • GToon

The third paragraph makes sense. There’s a couple of typos in it but it’s understandable. It’s not an IQ issue is it Clarko? Get a grown up to read it to you perhaps.
In your final sentence you put “you” instead of “your” so does that mean your comment doesn’t make sense either? Also in your comment about #standwithashley there is no need for a comma after the word “them”.

          • Clarko

They edited the comment after my response you absolute moron.

          • GToon

They? Who did it Clarko? Was it the people under your bed?

          • Tony Mann

Just stop will you – I’ve just wasted a good glug of gin howling at that. Cheers.

          • GToon

Me and my kids are all sat here laughing at him too. He just won’t stop. We can’t wait once we see he’s typing a reply.

          • Clarko

Seriously, you’re a dunce, the biggest dunce I have encountered on this platform. Learn to pick your battles, and by “pick”, I mean avoid, because you don’t have the mental capacity to engage in any sort of logical or intelligent conversation/debate, stick to what you know and like, “pedo” jokes apparently.

          • GToon

A dunce? That’s a bit childish. This isn’t a battle by the way Harry Potter, it’s an online forum. Get yourself a drink of milk, check there’s nobody under you bed (there is) and have a lovely sleep. Try not to be so easy to wind up next time too. :-)

          • Tony Mann

leave him be – Stop antagonising him – he needs his nappy changed.

          • GToon

Aye, that’ll do I reckon. I’m watching the footy now. Come on Norwich!

          • Clarko

50 years of age. Act it.

          • GToon

            Ok. Cheers mate.

          • GToon

The punctuation in your second sentence leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t dwell on it though as I think it’s way past your bed time so perhaps you are overtired.

          • Clarko

You mean the sentence in the comment that you have already responded to? Wow, it must have really got to you, for you to feel the need to come back and respond a second time, it’s not the first time either, you responded twice to the “absolute moron” comment as well. Maybe you should take your own advice and try not to get yourself all wound up over a post from an online forum.

            The punctuation was perfect.

          • GToon

Unlike the punctuation in this comment. Easy on the comma Harry. Night night.

          • GToon

Can I also add that calling me an absolute moron is rather childish. How old did you say you were?

          • Clarko

            It’s not childish, it’s factual.

            Me:
“They edited the comment after my response you absolute moron.”

The response of a 50 year old:
“They? Who did it Clarko? Was it the people under your bed?”

          • GToon

So who did it then? And there are people under your bed by the way. Take care!

          • GToon

That’s the best phrase I’ve seen in years! Hilarious.

          • Rich Lawson

You missed the r out of Pedro ?

          • paul mclaughlan

You love a good old mass debate.

          • KRS1

it is a shame that all that massive iq of yours has brought you is a room at your mum’s house and an unhealthy fascination with world of warcraft.

          • Clarko

            “valuable time”

          • GToon

I bet he actually buys all of the monthly magazines to assemble some little figure that ends up costing nearly a grand!

          • KRS1

            😂😂😂

          • GToon

Check out my discussion with him below. In the end I had to give up. I wasn’t even being funny. I reckon he just doesn’t get it.

          • KRS1

I saw it! He is a classic troll. No doubt he has loads of other pseudonym’s on all sorts of websites saying things deliberately provocative to get a reaction. Every football club has a minority of nutters – there will be some Mancunian version of Clarko moaning on the man city version of the mag complaining that the owners don’t spend enough!! He will argue that black is white, when you claim it isn’t he will tell you to read a book and claim you can’t match his IQ.

          • GToon

But tbh I was just being friendly with him. I was in bits laughing at some of the replies to him. He just can’t resist tho can he.

          • KRS1

I did ask another Ashley apologist this earlier but I will ask you: are you happy with nufc”s performance on the pitch while Ashley has been in charge?

  • Monkseaton Magpies

What a joke you lot are there is no buyer so Ashley is going no where. When he took over we were thirteenth and escaped relegation by five points. We were a club destined for the Championship. Even the likes of Bolton 7th Reading 8th Portsmouth 9th and Blackburn 10th were a head of us. The anti Ashley mob think were in the Champions league when he took over we were not just a couple of loses off relegation it was only a matter of time before we went down. Throw in the fact that the bank had pulled the plug no more borrowing and we had £110m worth of debt and we were a sinking ship. The Anti Ashley mob can take a running job they will not help in the battle with relegation and are a disgrace not only to Newcastle United Football Club but the city of Newcastle itself. Your presence will only help the opposition on match days so please stay away.

    • KRS1

Simple question: are you happy with the performance on the pitch under Ashleys tenure?

      • Monkseaton Magpies

He has spent fifty million on players in the Summer and Rafa does not play them just Diame not the ten million pound Merino is that down to Ashley or Rafa. When he brings Merino on with EIGHT minutes left and takes Shelvey off and leaves Diame on when we are trying to win or in Rafas case draw is it Ashleys fault

    • Duh

This is not a binary thing, both statements/stances can be true.

For sure the Halls and Shepherds, despite bringing some excitement, looted the club and left it in a financial mess with players like Viduka and Geremi drawing big wages and giving little in return. Allardyce was manager for %^&$’s sake.

That said Mike Ashley, though improving the club’s financial viability has cemented it’s status as a yo-yo club, mismanaged and failing to get anywhere near it’s sizeable potential.

      • TheFatController

Don’t say binary to him! If he’s a bot he’ll be programmed in binary only …

      • Monkseaton Magpies

The good thing is when the new owners arrive and the increased T.V. revenue comes in we are in a great position. Three hundred million for a debt free club is the bargain of the century.

    • Paul Patterson

Ok smart a**e, it’s clear you’re happy enough with Ashley and that he saved the club (whatever!)
What is your solution to the problem?

      • TheFatController

As I’ve Already said, he’ll now sell it out of the public domain to anyone who’ll match the £250m PCP offered.

Maybe see if the tv deal rakes up interest. But he knows given he has no other bidders he’s going to have to accept £250m max. He’d just prefer it not to be a bargain for PCP, so anyone else can get a bargain, just not them…

      • Monkseaton Magpies

To be honest back the team for the rest of the season and hope we stay up. Then with the increased T.V. money and a debt free. Then ban the anti Ashley mob for ever from the ground and this site. club three hundred million will be a snip.

How exactly can you push out an owner when there isn’t a buyer who will meet an agreed asking price?

    • TheNutJob

      you can`t

    • Guest 9

Clearly you can’t, that’s obvious to anyone. However how can people be expected to sit back and watch their club slowly die?

Or maybe by simple submission over the years we actually don’t care enough? Let’s face it football has been systematically destroyed over the last twenty odd years.

      • TheNutJob

protest at St James & you`ll relegate the team

        • Guest 9

Protest won’t relegate the team – that gamble/acceptance was taken in the summer. Short of something special before the window closes we may already have ran out of luck.

I don’t agree with disturbing the team and wouldn’t advocate it, however accepting our lot is not palatable.

          • nevfur

Last time I looked we were not in the bottom three

        • Duncan Tyler

Who cares? That might just do the trick. There’s more than one mercenary there, you know.

    • Oooh bobbi fleckman

Perhaps the MAOC would get fans to put their own money in to buy him out. £300m is a steal if we stay up.

      • Jimmy

Bobby , really think that’s possible , no chance . More chance of the fat man giving the club away !

        • Oooh bobbi fleckman

Possible? Of course. Likely, perhaps not, football fans are like socialists, they want billions spent as long as it’s someone else putting the money in.

    • TheFatController

He’ll sell for £250m now. Just not to PCP.

He’s angry at them for not coming back with £300m. So obviously next step is to find someone other than them to get £250m from.

It’s now about getting as much money as possible whilst saving face. Maybe wait for the tv deal and see if he can find someone to pay slightly more than the £250m?

  • robbersdog

I don’t like these planned organised protests on match days; they create tension, don’t help the team and they’re not exactly a good look in regard to prospective buyers viewing things from afar.

Ashley knows that we don’t like him, and he’ll leave the building when he gets an offer that he feels is right for him. He’s impervious to protests as he really couldn’t give two f*cks about angry fans, and they won’t achieve anything apart from increasing the negativity surrounding our club.

    • TheFatController

Agreed. But remember that last night’s angry outburst came from a man coping with the realsiation he may have to reduce his valuation of the club to sell it.

Expect now the sale to be continued out of the public domain at a £250m valuation to sell it to anyone but PCP.

We’ve all been there – “ I hate them but realize I’m not going to get a better offer than theirs so I’ll offer it it anyone I can find that’ll pay that price – anything but sell it to them.’

I think that’s where he is today.

      • Geordiegiants

You could be right, like a car you mean? 😃

        • TheFatController

Anything of decent money yes. Selling my mum’s house, some idiot messed me around so I sold it for slightly less to a lovely couple. Felt great turning him down.

Not saying I’m like Ashley, but I think it’s human nature that when you feel begrudging to one bidder, the next bidder to come along can have it no problem!

    • Geordiegiants

I agree with the tension thing, but Jabba hates protests, that why he gets his stewards to take flags and signs off people.

  • ghostrider

    Ashley out lol.
It’s like sacking the local lifeguard and then hoping someone off the street will come to the rescue.

    • TheFatController

It’ll be sold for £200-£250m in the summer – probably not to PCP though.

  • Oooh bobbi fleckman

MAOC should save it’s bedsheet money and raise finance to buy the club. Stop looking for someone else to do it, put your own money in. £300m is said to buy it, that is really cheap.

    • Peaco

Think a hitman would be far cheaper and more satisfying

    • Tony Mann

We discussed this in another post – you live in cloud cuckoo land if you think working people can just drop in £300m.

      • paul mclaughlan

He thinks the population of the north east are all minted, like him and his tax dodging brother.

        • Tony Mann

I argued this with him in a previous post. Considering that we have food banks in operation outside SJP, he replied he has more than enough for his share parked on his drive. Condescending, arrogant c*nt.

          • GToon

Don’t forget he was the person who questioned my suggestion that the club should help the homeless. Says it all really.

          • paul mclaughlan

I’ve had loads of discussions with him. He thinks we live in utopia.

        • Dillon Tovak

He once said “if everyone puts in ten grand….”
Haha yeah here’s my spare ten grand I keep under my pillow!!

          • paul mclaughlan

            He’s an absolute dipstick.

          • Tony Mann

            No – He’s an absolute C*nt.

      • GToon

Exactly. Who does he think we are?

      • Oooh bobbi fleckman

There are about 150,000 Nufc fanatics. A couple of weeks wages is £2,000 so start saving. Put off buying a new car, cut out the booze and maybe cancel the fancy foreign holidays.

        • Tony Mann

Put off buying food, keeping warm, paying bus fares, forget the foreign holidays unless you class Lindisfarne as a Island paradise. I don’t smoke so you can count out the tabs – you absolute C*nt

          • Oooh bobbi fleckman

The point here is you put in what you can afford. At the 1991 share issue, I was a student so could only apply for £400 but if everyone put in a similar percentage of their income, the share issue would not have failed. It’s about taking on your fair share.

So, yes, some fans would not afford £2,000 but some fans can afford a lot more, it just has to be an average of £2,000 each.

Of course, we could just be hypocrites and moan that one man doesn’t cough up millions whilst we will not be prepared to put in a few quid ourselves collectively.

          • Tony Mann

And that means ‘what’ in respect of the household income of the North East . Have you ever suffered financially?

          • Oooh bobbi fleckman

Hold on, it’s about around 150,000 fans with a bit of spare getting together and investing in the club that we all love. If people can’t afford to invest, fine but may will be able to.

          • Tony Mann

You talk about 150k fanatics with ‘a bit of spare’ – you’re deranged. People (fans) I know hav’nt got a pot to pizz in never mind fork out £2K to subsidise a football club. Like I said in another post, get a grip on reality ,

          • Oooh bobbi fleckman

Out of the lads I go to the match with, there are about 15 and the richest one would put 100k in, poorest could do £5k. I’d say in that little group there if about £450k. I know therefore folk who would struggle but that £2k each is just an average. It’s not to subsidise the club, it’s to buy it. If we did very little and keep in the EPL, the return should be around 12%

    • TheFatController

It’s not cheap, it’s vastly over priced.

Just ask the World’s football investors.

      • Oooh bobbi fleckman

Nonsense, £40m profits on a £300m investment, cheap.

    • Duh

You forgetting the extra 200m to buy players and stuff

      • Oooh bobbi fleckman

        And stuff?

Create a player purchase budget based on £30m profit from trading and £40m overdraft.

  • Peaky Magpie

Different subject but good luck to Norwich tonight !

  • MichaelMaximusMoose

    Clarko, go suck Mike`s swinger

    • Guest 9

The shrivelled maggot needs a break. Plus his willie has blisters.

    • Peaky Magpie

He might need one of these…..🔎🔎🔎

  • TC Toon Army

Club value just went down. Keep up the good work. Ashley out.

  • Duncan Tyler

It’s not rocket science people. STOP GOING to St James’ Park! The longer you continue to support this megalomaniac with your hard earned cash, the less likely he is to sell. You want rid? Give him an empty ground every second week!

    • Mitros gotta start

How will that help….most are season ticket holder the fat cancer already has their money?

      • Geordiegiants

You just don’t listen, it’s all for the cameras!

        • Mitros gotta start

Ah so its not” dont support him with your hard earned cash” its more embarrass him on national tv?
Why didnt he just say that then?

          • nufcslf

It’s world wide tv audience. It would look pathetic and with a reason given would have an effect. Never going to happen anyway, so really is a mute point. Carry on Mike. Could be a corny 70’s film in there somewhere.

  • MichaelMaximusMoose

Soldier needs 6 volunteers for a firing squad, Fatso, Penfold & Clarko are the targets
362 have applied so far, 360 of them for Clarko

    • Wor Lass

      Make that 361!

      • MichaelMaximusMoose

        😂😂

        • Wor Lass

He`s done a runner – I reckon he was on PCP`s payroll and he`s found out there`s no money. Not even Bitcoins!

          • Leazes

PCP haven’t got a payroll ….its a ‘paper company with One Share issued…..to the owner….. there are no partners listed, so it isn’t a partnership.

The chronicle sometimes refers to PCP as a group…. its one person….

          • Guest 2

Give over man – the company is offshore as you well know and therefore you won’t be seeing their accounts etc.
The Jersey company is in turn owned by a BVI owned company – and none of us have a clue as to what the format is for any Middle East set up they also have.

    • Peaky Magpie

14,642…..that should be the West Midlands’s sorted.

  • Peter Stabler

I’ll use Rafa as the guide, he will know more than any “source” and has a reputation to protect, if he knows that this is just a tactical move by Ashley then nothing has changed, if Rafa thinks he will be stuck with the fat man he will be dodging the door on the way out.

  • Geordiegiants

The only way that anything will work is if everyone puts their heads together and comes up with a solution. A boycott will only work if everyone is behind it, the same as a demonstration, it’s no good all the in house fighting. I have asked this question a few times before.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A BETTER IDEA THAN A BOYCOTT?
Not one idea would even come close to the impact a boycott/walkout would have if we were playing say Manure or Citeh on Sky.

    • Mitros gotta start

Can we get the “boycout” bedsheets out again?

      • Geordiegiants

Ha ha you will have to ask Clarko if he has still got them.

      • Leazes

That was a classic….One person starts at one end and another at the opposite writing two different slogans

  • Desree

We could raise 50m and go in partnership with PCP?

    • robbersdog

      I’ll check my piggy bank.

      • paul mclaughlan

I’ve just found 20p down the side of the settee. #everylittlehelps

        • Tony Mann

Don’t go with the Tesco vouchers – they’ve just been down graded as well !

    • Mitros gotta start

They wipe their 4rses with 50m…..its the principal not the money

      • Geordiegiants

Something proper to say for a change. 👍

  • MichaelMaximusMoose

Mitro`s fit and ready to go, it`ll be like signing a new player

    • Leazes

      Who Harry Kane?

      • Peaky Magpie

        😂😂😂

  • kingfisher

So The Ashley Out Campaign is up and running again! Methinks a tad premature, wait until the transfer window closes, see if we bring any new faces in and more importantly, wait and see if Mandy comes back with a better offer or another buyer shows interest. If no signings and no sign of another buyer then a total boycott, preferably at a televised game is definitely the only choice.

    • nufcslf

Wrong. Should’ve happened the second KK was made to look like a quiter. Ashley is a full blown cancer and needs to know it. Putting in a panic bit of money to finish 17th is a complete waste of time and allows fat guts to fool every so called fan for years to come. He needs to know. I know the quiet sheep in Sports Direct Arena aren’t going to say a word. So nothing is going to change. He will get away with this and I will have an opinion, but at the end of the day just find it funny for anybody who puts money his way.

  • Martin

Would it not be possible to have a campaign orchestrated against Sports Direct be that in songs or in flags etc? If owning Newcastle United became a strong negative for the Sports Direct brand, then Ashley would move on.

    • GToon

Knowing him he’d probably get T-shirt’s printed for the demo!

      • MichaelMaximusMoose

he`d sell the Flags as well

    • Geordiegiants

I truly believe that the fans have made his jumble sale a toxic brand, it wouldn’t of got the exposure with out it. Newcastle United made it, and it looks like it breaking it at the minute. It’s doing worse than ever.

    • GToon

I would think the flags would be confiscated. Not sure what can be done about the songs but I bet he would try something to identify the singers.

      • nufcslf

Exactly. Has to be verbal and it would be stopped after one match, such is that fat c** t. I hate everything Spots Direct United and hope the whole thing goes under. I will always love the badge and coat of arms, but everything else under this idiot can simply f**k off and die.

        • Andy Mac

“Exactly. Has to be verbal and it would be stopped after one match, such is that fat c** t.”

W T F are you saying ??? You’re arguing already for reasons why you shouldnt put up a decent fight for YOUR CLUB ?

How on earth would Fatman be able to send 50K fans out of the stadium for singing “You fat C^^kney Ba s tad” ??

GROW A SET, VISIT THE SITE AND DO SOMETHING TO HELP

          • Lhc

Ya wouldn’t get 50k signing, there’s only 10/15k hardcore in st James the rest are just customers

          • nufcslf

I grew a set by not putting penny of my money to that fat barstuards cause when KK was forced unlike the 50,000 fakes that show up every other week. Living in Vancouver, Canada it is about as much as I can do. It also includes being back on holiday several times. It kills me not going into the ground when there, but watching matches here with not a word said towards the troll makes me laugh now. He can, has and will continue to get away with murder and has proved it for 10 + years with the soft shyte so called crowd that show up to Shyte Direct Arena to support his pathetic cause. If a proper Cashley out campaigne kicks off it will have my full support. My bet is that it will never happen. Prove me wrong. Oh! and for the record please look at a map, the hideous shile of pite is not a cockney, so stop calling him one.

    • Phil Yare

we need some ideas. obvious ones are boycott the match and not shop at SD

further ideas are dress as the grim reaper and stand outside the ground on match day, ashley out t-shirts and burning wonga material

also competitions to see who can throw a SD mug the furthest

  • TheNutJob

    Any transfer rumours lads ?

    • Mitros gotta start

Yes….gayle, atsu, shelvey, saivet, mitro, mbemba oot
      Neeone in

        Cushty. that`ll please Fatty

    • anyobrien

      Na

    • Peaky Magpie

Thousands but none of them involve us !

    • Vladimir Biggski

Despite having an additional £100m income from tv revenue, apparently Rafa is being told to sell to raise funds for loan deals as Mike has taken all the money for himself.

      • Geordiegiants

People are falling for the, we are only allowed to spend £30m due to financial fair play.

    • Phil Yare

3 transfers allowed but on a limited budget (surprising). so we are going to have to check out brentford or scunthorpe reserves

  • Vladimir Biggski

How do we get rid of the fat scumbag?

    • Phil Yare

all buy drones and bump his chopper

  • Leicester Mag

People dismiss this and say such protests have no chance. Maybe they are right but where is the pride? Where’s the fight. 80 years ago 300 starving men robbed of everything bar their pride marched on little more than thar pride, even the Labour party shunned them Did they win? Not immediately but they won in the long run. This isn’t about what happens now or next season it’s about our heritage our club. 125 years in the making, 10 years in the wrecking. What hope for child now? Where’s that awe when you first walk up to the ground? This bar steward has reduced the hope to zero sorry but however futile I see no point in acceptance. I’d rather fight and this week has hardened my resolve I won’t ever set foot in St James while he remains. I won’t hate you I frankly pity you. That your averice is all to you is so sad. Should have been admired instead you choose ignominy and ultimately anonymity. If history recalls you at all it’ eill be for negatives. To have had the chance to make a difference and choose not to how sad.

    • Leazes

Too many choose to sit on their hands….. I don’t recall the Jarrow marchers winning.

      • Phil Yare

i did mate….80 years on and we have our own morrisons

        • Leazes

          In Jarrow blimey.

          • Phil Yare

honest. even the shop lifters are in awe of the building

          • Tony Mann

Like when the bowling alley turned into Fine fare or Presto’s or summat.

      • Leicester Mag

Maybe I’m a romantic and maybe v I’ve been fascinated about the march years read every book on the subject and now reading Red Ellen’s book. The victory may have been a moral one, there was no new steel works but many at the time drew inspiration from them and can still now. Why the should people sit idly watch and this dismantling of our club and do nothing? Give up without a fight?

    • Guest 2

Just need look over to RFC or LFC to see what supporter power can do if harnessed correctly.

  • Danimal

I think it would be nice if this rotund waste of skin (and massive superhero to Bobbi the Ghost of Monkseaton) could die painfully in the blades of his own helicopter. Cheers. 🍻

  • HappyToons

I am old enough to have been one of the ones dodging the police dogs and horses in various protests against Westwood and McKeag. In those days the said directors were scared out of their wits and protected by Police for an hour after the match and a Police escort from their cars to the ground often raining bricks and bottles. It had an effect, eventually.

These days Ashley has seen the demonstrations which were nothing compared to the old days when his head would have been on a Gallowgate spike. Ashley isn’t bothered by such protests, especially as he isn’t even at the game. It will be just a big laugh to him and a reason to stick another needle in the fat voodoo doll wearing the NUFC strip.

Basically there is nothing fans can do. Maybe stop going next season if MA is still here. Go to Gateshead instead wearing a toon top and a full house there every week will be on the news. Do it until Ashley takes his wrecking ball elsewhere. It might even be fun. The only protest that will ever work is an empty ground, but even if you paid some fans £200 to stay away they still need to feed that addiction and will turn up. Like the 7,000 plus that night who turned up to see us play Norwich City. I am not joking when I say it was a day long monsoon that has never been seen since. When others years later see the mere statistic and mock that gate, it was astonishing that many turned up. Loyalty is our biggest asset and biggest failing.

    • Leicester Mag

I agree with you totally but I was at the game you described and I walked away 3 years ago after 30 years, nearly 20 spent travelling 180 miles for home games I wavered when Rafa joined went to a number of away games but not St James Park. This latest greed fuelled omnishambles has hardened me to the view that the only option is to boycott. If that fails then for my fix I turn to grass routes football. Had enough

    • Mike

yea but dont buy tat. why any fan would buy anything at Sports Direct then moan about Cashley leaves me speechless

  • magpiefifer

Just seen Wise and Bellamy on Sky Sports uttering the most sycophantic garbage I’ve heard – how much did FatAsh pay them for that!?
All they could talk about was how wonderful Ashley has done at NUFC – and Wise saying that if relegated we’d come straight up again!!!!
    Fetch the sick bag!
Trouble is most neutrals will believe this rubbish.

    • Phil Yare

first question i’d ask wise would be ‘ what did you do at newcastle to justify your nice salary???’
and bellamy i’d ask ‘ how come your disliked by every club you’ve played for?’

      • HappyToons

Dennis is a very, very, very, tiny little man and Craig is just a cm taller. Maybe they are the new comedy duo to replace Ant and Dec?

        • Geordiegiants

They are certainly a comedy duo!!

      • Leazes

I’d ask him about the time he and Ashley ran away to the Emirates to ‘sell the club’ but got drunk instead….

… they both papped their pants after the demo against them.

        • Guest 2

Saw him on the Quayside one night getting bombarded with abuse by a bunch of skateboarding teenagers. The wee rat ran into the restaurant I was at to escape them.

    • Leazes

He’s a very very small man.

    • Tino o

They (sky) hand pick the [email protected] to discuss us. Why not interview keegan mick Quinn, or joey Barton. Bellamy and wise a proper pair of scumbags!

  • nevfur

As I have said elsewhere I think the best way to see a takeover happen and at a reasonable price is for us to avoid relegation. I believe protests and boycots and hostile atmospheres work against the team and manager and are more likely to see us relegated which will reduce the list of prospective buyers and the amount offered leading to Ashley staying longer.
I say get right behind Rafa and the team to try to avoid relegation then see where we are at the end of the season.

    • Phil Yare

‘get behind the team’ has been tried. it failed and look where we are, so there is major evidence to support that blind unwavering support nicely fits into ashleys wrecking ball project.
why not try proper protests as we’ve never actually had a proper one. we are too soft and ashley loves that

      • nevfur

It’s nit blind unwavering support, it’s support to stay in this division which in itself is the best way to get a buyer and thus rid of Ashley. Protests, boycotts and hostile atmospheres in themselves have previously created the perfect setting for visiting teams to win here sending us down. The value of the club if relegated will be reduced to a level that will keep Ashley here.

        • Geordiegiants

Nev I get where your coming from I really do, but is that not what’s been happening since Rafa came in? Everyone bar the odd (insert any word you like here) has been behind Rafa and the team. He is fighting an up hill battle, he is only being allowed to bring players in that are just as poor or even worse, as the maggot is not giving him funds to buy anyone of decent quality. He is told he can bring three players in on limited budgets, not here’s £15m plus £80k a week to spend on wages do what you want. He is being told to buy three position with that money.
Jabba is taking advantage as usual of you, and 50,000 other blind mice. Be active don’t just sit there do something “YOUR CITY NEEDS YOU👉🏻“

          • nevfur

The club is still up for sale, won’t be sold whilst under the threat of relegation and Ashley is unlikely to sell if we go down due to the vastly inferior price he would get so if you want Ashley out as soon as possible the best way is to avoid relegation. Massive support for Rafa and the team is needed to help that not hostile atmospheres that are counterproductive.
If we avoid relegation and he’s still here then is the time for action, during and before next season.

          • Mike

think we are behind the team every game at home…however if we cant beat teams like Swansea then where are the points going to come from…check the next few games to come not possitive

          • nevfur

Just got to hope we can get enough points and keep backing the team to try. Creating a bad atmosphere will help produce more results like Swansea. It’s going to be close but keep the faith. I read many times from people a couple of years ago that it would be better if we were relegated then that would teach fatty and like I said then, it’s never a good thing getting relegated and financially it wasn’t and fatty is still here.

  • Craig Reid

The club has completly hit the wall with Mike Ashley driving. What professional footballer worth his price tag would want to come to play for our club?….it’s a mess no wonder nobody wants to buy it.The Negetivity surrounding it is overwhelming…..Mike Ashley time to stand up and counted or sell at what ever price for the sake of a City that breathes football and is not a business but a way of life for so many ..you next step is very important as most fans are on the edge and another relagation is unforgivable…do the right thing!

  • TheNutJob

    Fatty`s here forever

    • Geordiegiants

He is going nowhere if he wants top dollar. No one is gonna pay for a Rolex and get a Casio.

      • Vladimir Biggski

The difference is the club is always worth more to him as an income stream, than it is to anyone else

  • Vladimir Biggski

If he dares to show his face in the stadium again, he should be pelted with Pies in the 11th minute, to celebrate the relentless decline under his ownership.

    • Vladimir Biggski

Or toon fans accross the country could coordinate a pie attack on his tat shops. Or we need some farmer toon fans to spray his shops with effluent

      • Geordiegiants

Or everyone could just sit at the match in silence. It’s worked for the last 11 years.

        • Peaky Magpie

          😂😂

        • nufcslf

          Very good

      • Blackburn1066

        There already full of sh-t

  • mactoon

I don’t see how AshleyOut campaigns can achieve anything else but to disrupt the team when they need the fans’ support. If Ashley can’t find a buyer willing to match his price he can’t sell.

Here’s an idea why don’t they start a ‘Crowd Funding’ campaign. Set up a campaign to get 100,000 fans to provide £500 each (in return for shares in the club) and this would provide Amanda Staveley with the additional money needed to get Ashley to sell. What’s that £500 each?

    • Rich Lawson

Unfortunately also 2 months dole !

      • mactoon

Of course I realise some fans aren’t in the position to do this but there will be many that are

  • TwinFire

I don’t know what I will enjoy most at the end of this season. Celebrating staying up, or celebrating Ashley loosing £200 mil. Both are sweet outcomes.

  • You can say to me I’m wealthy, in theory I’m a billionaire or a multi-billionaire, but in reality my wealth is in Sports Direct shares, which are the same as wallpaper.

  • Blackburn1066

52.000 Season tickets, TV money, Ching! Ching.

  • Malcolm Fisher

    Only one answer………BOYCOTT the games………

  • Andrew

What about this… the boycotting idea hasn’t worked because some people however others may wish to describe them, want to support the team. SO… at the Burnley game everyone show up, cheer the team like mad regardless of the actual score for 90 minutes, and then… DON’T LEAVE. Tens of thousands of people making a positive stand against the owner, stay in ground until midnight, or however long you can. The spectacle of that would be tremendous. No bedsheet nonsense, or fighting among ourselves about to boycott or not. DONT LEAVE. It is your club today and it will be your club when Ashley finally goes, nobody is kicking you out.
