Jamaal Lascelles v Kane, Lukaku, Auguero for PL player of month – Vote here
Sadio Mane was named official Premier League player of the month for August and now Jamal Lascelles could follow him.
The Newcastle Captain named as one of seven nominations for September.
Ironically, only last Sunday Lascelles and his teammates did a great job in keeping Sadio Mane quiet and goalless BUT that game was on the first of October, so outside of this award’s remit.
Newcastle played three games in September, beating Stoke and Swansea then losing at Brighton.
As well as his defensive duties, Lascelles scored the winner in both of the two home games.
The NUFC defender is up against six other candidates:
Kevin de Bruyne
