Tickets are now on sale for the first four of Newcastle United’s six pre-season friendlies.

Rafa and his team travel to Germany for two matches and the first of those, against Mainz, has gone on sale.

Newcastle fans have an initial allocation of 1,500 tickets and prices are £13 for a seat and £9 standing, with no concessions.

This game is on Saturday 29 July and all season ticket holders can now buy tickets, with no loyalty points needed.

That (no loyalty points needed) is also the case with match tickets for Bradford and Preston (see details below), whilst the loyalty points requirement for the game at Hearts in eight days time has dropped to 50 points.

This leaves only the other match in Germany (against Wolfsburg), and the home game with Hellas Verona, awaiting ticket information.

Hearts:

Season ticket holders with 75 loyalty points or more can get hold of one of the small 1,300 allocation (only three sides of Tynecastle are open due to construction work).

Prices are £20 adults and £10 for over 65s and under 18s and Hearts v Newcastle takes place on Friday 14 July with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Preston:

Preston v Newcastle is on Saturday 22 July with a 3pm kick-off.

Prices are £10 for adults, £5 OAPs/youths, and £1 for juniors.

Bradford:

Four days later it is Bradford v Newcastle on Wednesday 26 July with a 7.30pm kick-off.

Ticket prices are £10 for adults and £5 OAPs/juniors.
