Newcastle v Hellas Verona tickets are now on general sale.

There are four more away friendlies (see schedule below), before NUFC play their only home pre-season warm up game in 19 days time.

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 concessions but on Tuesday the club have revealed that the tickets will be doubled in price if not bought in advance.

So if you turn up on the day, you will be charged £20 for adults and £10 concessions.

Newcastle have previously used this carrot and stick approach and no doubt a major reason is to try and help gauge how many staff/pies they need to arrange ahead of the game, plus of course hopefully increase the numbers turning up.
