The draw has now been made for the 2017 NI Super Cup and Newcastle have drawn varied opposition from across the globe.
The annual event sees Newcastle’s young stars taking part for the sixth year in a row and the squad will travel over to Northern Ireland in late July.
The group stage sees them up against three opponents: from Japan, China and Northern Ireland.
Up first they have Co. Antrim, then Chinese side Beiging Morning Star, before finishing off against Japanese outfit Komazawa Uni FC.
Formerly known as the Milk Cup, the matches begin on Monday 24 July but they are preceded by a parade through Coleraine on Sunday 23 July.
The five day event sees finals day on Friday 28 July.
Good luck to all the young Newcastle players taking part.
