Newcastle match worn shirts going for knockdown prices – Online auction with only hours remaining
Newcastle match worn shirts and training kit have been donated by the NUFC first team squad to an online charity auction.
After running for a week though, many of the 69 items are going for knockdown prices with many shirts and other kit having attracted only one bid.
The players donated their match worn shirts, shorts and training kit to the official Newcastle United charity, the Foundation, which works with local people in excellent community initiatives.
Despite the official status of the charity, the club have given the charity auction zero publicity, which largely explains the many low prices.
Bids close on the 69 lots just after 5pm on Sunday (4 June), so still time to bid on the following with current top offers as listed:
Newcastle match worn shirts (bear in mind that ‘authentic’ replica 2017/18 home shirts are on sale for £100 as compared to these prices below for shirts actually worn in matches this past season) from 2016/17 season:
£62 Christian Atsu
£59 Jack Colback
£112 Isaac Hayden
£72 Paul Dummett
£76 DeAndre Yedlin
Also on sale are NUFC match worn shorts from last season, including ones worn by Isaac Hayden (£21), Jonjo Shelvey (currently £24) and Karl Darlow (currently £20) amongst others.
Worn training kit is also up for grabs with the following current prices: Ciaran Clark (£50), Mitrovic (£50), Matt Ritchie (£31) and Dwight Gayle (£50).
Whilst Rolando Aarons match worn and signed boots, which are currently at only £103.
In addition, they must have found an old pair of Steven Taylor’s match worn and signed boots hiding somewhere, as they are currently going for £155.
Bid now to grab a unique piece of Newcastle United memorabilia AND raise money for a great cause.

(NB: Watch out – when it just says signed shirt and doesn’t specifically say ‘match worn’ in the title description, they are usually replica shirts and not the actual ones worn by the players this past season, so fully check the description before making a bid)
