How many points will Newcastle have after first 6 Premier League fixtures? Vote now

The Premier League fixtures are now out and everybody from Rafa Benitez to individual Newcastle fans and pundits have been having their say.

Much debate about how the games have fallen for Newcastle United, especially with a good start often being a massive factor in having a successful season.

These are the opening half dozen fixtures, which take us up to the end of September before we then face Liverpool in the seventh match on the final day of the month.

On the eve (Tuesday 13 June) of the fixtures being released, Sky Sports revealed that fans of Premier League clubs will have to wait at least two and a half weeks after today’s’s fixture release, before being able to plan the first two months of the season.

Sky Sports say it will be ‘early July’ when they confirm the Premier League live TV games, with presumably BT Sport announcing their August/September live games at the same time.

Other important/not so important dates in your diary for the meantime:

15 June – New (2017/18) Newcastle United replica kit goes on sale

19 June – Season tickets on sale for seats currently vacant

26 June – Closing date for Season Ticket holders to renew

Early July – Sky Sports say Live TV games will be  announced ‘Early July’ for fixtures in August and September, with BT Sport presumably announcing their choices at the same time as normal.

3 JulyNewcastle squad returns for pre-season training

22 July – First team friendly at Preston – 3pm kick-off

26 July – First team friendly at Bradford – 7.30pm kick-off
