Mick Quinn thought that Newcastle United would ‘absolutely romp’ the Championship if Rafa Benitez got it right.
Now the NUFC cult hero number nine says that it is ‘Newcastle and the rest nowhere’.
Hard to disagree with the stats, both from the 6-0 win over QPR (see below) and the more general ones from the past month.
Newcastle now have six wins in a row and five clean sheets on the bounce, 11 different goalscorers already in the Championship and over 500 minutes (all competitions) without conceding a goal.
