Ahead of Tuesday night’s second round League Cup match against Cheltenham Town, Newcastle United have announced that fans will be able to pay on the door.
No need to buy tickets in advance if you are up for sitting in the Leazes End, with turnstiles 17 to 30 taking cash.
It is £15 for adults and £5 for concessions.
The match has to be settled on the night with extra time and penalties if scores are level after 90 minutes.
Newcastle United Official Announcement:
‘Cash turnstiles will be in operation at St. James’ Park for the visit of Cheltenham Town in the EFL Cup on Tuesday (kick-off 7.45pm).
Entry will be just £15 for adults and only £5 for concessions and cash turnstiles will be open only in the Leazes End (North Stand).
The following cash turnstiles will be open: 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.’
