Cheltenham Town have revealed what the ticket prices will be for the EFL Cup game at St James Park will be.

No news as yet from Newcastle United but the League Two club have confirmed the ticket prices will be £15 for adults and £5 all concessions.

Cheltenham say they are expecting ‘high demand’, so hopefully there will be a decent away turnout to help generate an atmosphere for a game that is still within the school holidays.

A quick check of the Newcastle United ticket section on the official website also now shows the same prices (£15/£5) for all tickets, including Platinum Club/Sports Bar etc – although they aren’t available to buy online or otherwise at the moment.

Although whilst Cheltenham are starting to sell their tickets as from tomorrow (Tuesday), no news of an on-sale date as yet from NUFC.

Cheltenham Town announcement:

‘We can now confirm the ticket prices for our trip to Newcastle United in the second round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday 23rd August:

Adults – £15

All Concessions – £5

Tickets will be available from the ticket office at the LCI Rail Stadium from midday tomorrow (Tuesday 16th August).

The ticket office is open tomorrow from 10am-3pm, Friday 10-3pm and on Saturday before our game with Doncaster.

If you are unable to visit the ticket office in person, call 01242 573558 between the times shown above. With high demand expected for this game, please be patient when calling, if at all possible – please come to the ground.’
