Moussa Sissoko may get his dream
No hope left, no dreams left, just a cold Wednesday night trip to Wigan or Burton Albion in the 5,000 capacity Pirelli Stadium.
Can anybody really get excited about the thought of winning the Championship?
I can’t, even if we won every week in a division below the elite.
Am I bitter about sunderland staying up?
No, why should anybody be? They have done what we couldn’t, shown passion and fight, fought every blade of grass.
Newcastle – well our ‘elite’ would have been tapping their agents to find them another club since March: no fight no passion, no love.
All we have left is the prayer that fat Mike cuts his losses and sells to somebody who understands how passionate Newcastle can be but until that day we have to rot in the Championship with the Rotherhams and the Leeds, plus look forward to entertaining the massive Brentford.
Oh what memories we will have…..not.
Maybe we will do a Southampton and go a couple of leagues down and clear out the garbage – for as long as fat Mike has an advertising platform the longer he will stay.
We have nobody to blame except the hierarchy and the overpaid ‘footballers’.
Moussa Sissoko may get his dream after all for Champions League, as I hear FC Midtjylland are looking for a midfielder.
It’s a long way down and an even longer trip back up.
