In an official statement on Thursday lunchtime, Newcastle United have confirmed that Ivan Toney has gone out on loan again.
The 20 year old striker has gone back to Barnsley where he spent time earlier this season before being recalled due to injuries.
Ivan Toney played the first half at Brighton last night in a 1-1 draw for the Newcastle United Under 21s and now will rejoin Barnsley until the end of the season.
The young striker last featured in the first team as a late sub in the 3-3 draw with Manchester United, before picking up an ankle injury in training.
The emergency loan transfer window ends at 5pm today, so we wait to see whether Freddie Woodman or anybody else also goes out on loan to a lower league club.
