Fans choice of Newcastle team v Watford
Thanks to everybody who helped us come up with our fans choice of the Newcastle team v Watford.
Using our interactive feature, NUFC team selector, we asked you to choose your preferred formation and starting eleven.
The preferred formation chosen was 3-5-2 and the collective viewpoint of the supporters sees two changes from the starting eleven at White Hart Lane last Sunday.
Steve McClaren revealed on Friday that there was no obvious left-back choice, due to injuries to Colback, Haidara, Mbabu and Dummett.
Whilst the feeling is that McClaren will probably put Lascelles in as a left-back in a back four, the supporter vote overall was for the Newcastle boss to start with a 3-5-2 formation which he did against Watford in the FA Cup.
This would allow Rolando Aarons to play on the left and give added threat and hopefully service for Mitrovic.
The other alternative choice for fans was to play Lascelles at left-back and then Henri Saivet would get his chance to make a first start for United.
However, the 3-5-2 selection was by far the more popular, with the rest of the team, pretty much picking itself with so few other options in the squad.
