Newcastle United are lining up a bid for Solly March in January according to reports on Thursday afternoon.
The 21 year old winger has made significant progress this season and his seven Championship appearances have helped Brighton to go clear top of the table.
The Left-footed Solly March was first linked with Newcastle when he moved from non-league Lewes to Brighton at the age of 17.
Now under Chris Hughton’s management the winger has blossomed and also broken into the England Under 21 set-up.
HITC report that as well as Newcastle, both Spurs and Palace have registered an interest in the player, but with three years remaining on his contract, Brighton will be under no pressure to let him go in January, particularly if they are leading the promotion race as they are doing at this moment in time.
