The Newcastle team v West Ham has just been confirmed.

All eyes on the cruch relegation decider and the starting 11 that will hopefully bring the win that would make United safe.

John Carver has gone for some ‘interesting’ choices, with Williamson returning after his suspension for getting (according to John Carver) deliberately sent off.

Dummett moves to left-back but Jonas retains his place with a move into a four man midfield which also contains a recalled Vurnon Anita.

Cisse makes his first start after his most recent absence, which means that Ryan Taylor, Remy Cabella and most surprisingly, Ayoze Perez, are all dropped.

Newcastle team v West Ham:

Krul, Janmaat, Willo, Colo, Dummett, Sissoko, Anita, Colback, Gutierrez, Riviere, Cisse

Compare this starting 11 picked by the fans to John Carver’s team.

On the bench:

Woodman, Ryan Taylor, Gouffran, Ameobi, Cabella, Perez, de Jong

    So the championship then…

  • Peaco

    Wtf?

  • Peaco

    No words

  • Andgeo

We are gonna get destroyed in midfield. He just refuses to play abeid, ridiculous.

  • Andgeo

How the Fcuk do ameobi and goufup get in the squad ahead of abeid?

  • Peaco

No Abeid or Arons? Not even on the bench? Set up for a draw even though only a win guarantees survival? Has he been told that if we get relegated he’ll remain in charge?

  • Andgeo

If you think playing Williamson and dropping Perez, abeid and Aaron’s from the squad is bad, Just wait for the second half substitutions, goufran, Raylor and Sami ameobi.
If Hull win we are down.
    Thanks for everything mike!!

  • Andgeo

He’s a total Fcuk nut and hasn’t got a clue!

  • A lex

  • hettonmag

Perez has been the only plus in this horrible season and what does  our esteemed coach do, drops him for the most vital game of the season. HEAD CASE.

  • hettonmag

I would love to think that Ashley is genuinely looking to invest in the club. He came across well during the interview and so credit for that at least. I reserve judgement until we see developments but, I think that his move to speak at last, was a positive move.
