Newcastle star says ‘It’s an honour’ to play at Anfield
Newcastle star Ayoze Perez says that it is ‘an honour’ to play at Anfield and has his sights set on doing the double over the scousers, the Spaniard having scored the winner at St. James’ Park.
Well they always say it is better to travel in hope…
Perez has been badly let down by both his teammates and the management of both Pardew and Carver.
The Newcastle Head Coach had the cheek to include Ayoze Perez in the list of players who were at fault against Sunderland, this despite Carver having the youngster isolated for almost the entire first half, with nobody in support.
Using his Instagram account Perez has just put up the following message:
“Tonight we visit a special place, it’s an honour to play in Anfield, we want to win in a legendary stadium like this one #Howaythelads.”

Good luck Ayoze, you might need it!
