John Carver has made seven changes in his Newcastle team v Chelsea.
Much debate last weekend about why a number of United’s bets players were left out but little doubt that his strongest (fit)possible team is on show today.

With only Dummett, Williamson, Cabella and Anita remaining from the FA Cup shambles.
(Leicester line-up – Alnwick, Santon, Williamson, Dummett, Haidara, Tiote, Anita, Vuckic, Armstrong, Cabella, Riviere)
On the bench at Stamford Bridge Newcastle have;
Woodman, Santon, Haidara, Ameobi, Armstrong, Vuckic, Riviere
Surprise to see Woodman there unless Alnwick is injured presumably, while Sammy Ameobi appears to have returned from injury sooner than expected.
