Newcastle injury news – Alan Pardew names two back for Burnley
Newcastle injury news – Alan Pardew has stated that he expects both Fabricio Coloccini and Rolando Aarons to be back for the match at Burnley on Tuesday night.
The United manager also talking about Emmanuel Riviere being another player who is back available, even though he has already been an unused substitute against West Ham.
Alan Pardew talking to the Shields Gazette;
“We have got one or two coming back this week that will feature in the Burnley game.
“Emmanuel (Riviere), even though he didn’t get on because of the injury to Daryl (Janmaat), is in and around and ready to play.”
Colo and Aarons;
“(Rolando) Aarons should be around on Tuesday (Burnley) and the same for Colo – that is what Premier League squads are for.
“We’ve done absolutely superbly with the guys we’ve got now and the guys who have come in.”
With such a tough and congested period coming up, Alan Pardew will surely give plenty of consideration as to whether he will throw a vital player like his Captain straight back in.
The same with Rolando Aarons, who was put back in against Manchester City after very little training and ended up missing more games as he then broke down in training with the same injury.
The suspensions for Sissoko and Colback are a nightmare tomorrow night as it is a game that definitely must have been targeted for a win considering the games following that.
