Predicted Newcastle Starting 11 v West Ham

West Ham v Newcastle
Saturday 29 November 3pm

With only one defeat in the past twelve seasons the Boleyn Ground/Upton Park has been a happy venue for Newcastle.

With fifth playing sixth, this is a big game in terms of potentially putting a little distance between Newcastle and West Ham.

While the black and whites have injuries problems, the Hammers have really suffered with some of their big performers so far on the injured list.

The two top scorers aren’t expected to play, so Andy Carroll looks a cert in Valencia and Sakho’s absence. Downing and Kouyate are the two expected to return with Noble only rated at 50/50.

When it comes to the visitors, Alan Pardew welcomed back the likes of Coloccini, Steven Taylor, Riviere and Tiote to training this week but it is unlikely all four will be fit enough to start.

I fancy Alan Pardew to play Coloccini if fit as he will play his Captain wherever possible, then despite Dummett doing so well in the middle, I think he could well keep Williamson in there to  mark Andy Carroll. My team differing considerably from the fans’ choice featured on this website earlier today.

However, I think he will play Paul Dummett regardless and move him to left-back at Haidara’s expense if he goes with Colo/.Willo.

While Cheick Tiote has been out for a considerable time, Pardew has shown that he isn’t afraid to chuck players straight back in, and with Abeid out injured then I think if he is anywhere near fit Tiote will start.

I can see Cabella keeping his place to see if he can come good in the creativity department, while if Tiote wasn’t ready, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Gouffran back in the team after his spell on the bench.

Up front I think the manager could elect to protect Ayoze Perez a little bit by dropping him to the bench for this tough match, Papiss Cisse returning.

After an all winning October when Sam Allardyce picked up manager of the month, the Hammers have no wins in three and have failed to beat both Stoke and Villa.

Alan Pardew has claimed West Ham made the best summer transfers and without most of them on the pitch today, Newcastle surely have every opportunity to make it a magnificent seven with this predicted Newcastle starting 11 v West Ham;
