Forgive Me My Sins

Let me first give a little background,

I’m an oldie, I remember the glory days. I’m also a fan now from abroad, so only see the lads on TV.

My worst sin. I was a Pardew fan, I thought a decent man doing an impossible job, probably still do….but after Southampton he has to GO.

I believe he picks the Newcastle team and decides the tactics, chooses who we buy within the cash framework.

This alone makes him a failure, how can we believe in this lot?

Krul seems to have lost a bit of interest and I don’t see him helping his defenders.

Janmaat to me is having to mark all game so will await verdict on him.

Center-Halves…Championship quality at best.

Haidara worth his wages, as were Colback and Sissoko.

Anita would be a good player in a good team, but he’s not in one.

Gouffran a good sub, no more than that.

Riviere maybe needs time but at six million I’d want better.

Cabella, what can I say? He (Pardew) exiled a player who didn’t track back, to buy another who is less effective.

Add to this loaning Yang Mbiwa without a replacement, buying De Jong with a bad injury record – when there were others around.

Oh and signing a forward who is not even fit, in Ferreyra, when that was a priority.

When you make this amount of mistakes, in any job, you have to go.

It saddens me to say it but relegation is already a distinct possibility .
