23 Man Newcastle Squad Travels To New Zealand With Cheick Tiote Catching Them Up

Newcastle United have taken a twenty four man squad to New Zealand, the players flying out on Friday for the four team tournament down under.

Late additions Cheick Tiote and Emmanuel Riviere were welcome last minute extras to the squad, though the Ivory Coast midfielder is making his own way via a separate flight.

Newcastle take on Sydney FC on Tuesday 22 July and then Wellington Phoenix next Saturday 26 July, details of all United’s pre season fixtures can be seen [intlink id=”191″ type=”page”]HERE[/intlink].

The full 24 man squad as follows;

Goalkeepers: Jak Alnwick, Rob Elliot, Freddie Woodman,

Defenders: Fabricio Coloccini, Massadio Haidara, Lubo Satka, Ryan Taylor, Steven Taylor, Paul Dummett, Mike Williamson, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa

Midfielders: Rolando Aarons, Mehdi Abeid, Sammy Ameobi, Vurnon Anita, Jack Colback, Siem de Jong, Cheick Tiote, Yoan Gouffran,
