Wages Revealed Of Every Premier League Goalkeeper

Earlier today we brought you an interesting bit of research detailing what [intlink id=”43905″ type=”post”]cash Premier League goalkeepers made per save[/intlink] last season – but what about where Tim Krul’s wages compare to his Premier League rivals.

Tim Krul was a respectable eighth when it came to cost per save over last season, his 3240 minutes of Premier League action produced a save every 31.7 minutes at a cost of £12,838 for each one.

Krul’s relatively modest wages of £25,000 meant that he finished a lot higher in that league table than if he’d been on the same kind of money as many of his rivals.

Using the research by savings and investments provider Scottish Friendly, we have put together the following table of Premier League wages, and based on these, it may not only be a lack of ambition at Newcastle United that could make Tim Krul think twice about sticking around…
