Newcastle Player Admits FA Misconduct Charge For Betting
The FA charges are coming thick and fast with Alan Pardew’s Hull escapade now followed by one of the players admitting an FA charge with regarding to betting.
The player in question is Dan Gosling who recently returned from a loan spell at Blackpool.
There have been no details as to what Gosling was betting on but he has admitted the FA charge which is stated by the football club to be ‘in relation to multiple breaches of rule E8(b) for misconduct in relation to betting.’
Following in his manager’s footsteps, the Newcastle midfielder has asked for a personal hearing to mitigate his guilt and the date will be announced in due course.
