Alan Pardew Official Statement – ‘I’m Guilty’
Alan Pardew has said ‘I’m Guilty’ in relation to the FA misconduct charge following the David Meyler incident at the weekend.
It had been heavily indicated that this would be case but now it has been made official via a Newcastle United club statement. The United manager had until close of business today to answer the charge and as well as admitting his guilt, Pardew has asked for a personal hearing to explain his behaviour.
The official short and sweet official statement reads;.
‘Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has admitted an FA misconduct charge in relation to his side’s game against Hull City on 1 March 2014.
Pardew was involved in an incident with a Hull City player in the 72nd minute of this fixture. Pardew has requested a personal hearing, the date of which will be set in due course.’
