Pardew Analyses His Four Strike Options To Face Liverpool
Speaking ahead of Saturday’s match against Liverpool, Alan Pardew talked in detail about each of his four strike options.
It is an interesting decision seeing which of the four make it into the manager’s starting eleven because with the exception if Loic Remy you can only guess at who will be included of the other three.

“Whenever a striker scores it is a positive, so it was good he (Cisse) got a goal but he got a disappointing result though. On the other side of the coin though, Cheick got a great result so they have been having a bit of banter but have still got a game to go.
“He (Remy) has been called into the French squad so I think it has been a great start to the season for him and that has been on the back of strong performances for us. Not just his goals but his all round performance has been solid, so he has been the big player for us so far.
“He (Ben Arfa) has trained very well this week and I have been pleased with his attitude and application. I will probably pick my side tomorrow (Friday) as I have got a couple of players who are tired and haven’t really trained today. So we will do our work tomorrow.
“What you have to admire in Gouffran is that he is a wholehearted player and the fans love that. He is exciting when he is up and running with the ball but he does great for the team. Win, lose or draw he puts that six or seven next to his name.
I suppose in theory all four could play but I would assume Tiote, Cabaye and Sissoko will be in the team which would leave three spaces at the most.
I find it hard to decide what he will do, what’s your best guess?
