Something For The Weekend
Last week we were denied by the West Brom woodwork and an inspired Ben Foster as Everton failed to convert a hat full of chances and bust our treble. This after Stoke wore down Crystal Palace and the early season glamour fixture of Manchester United vs Chelsea failed to live up to its billing as I predicted and ended in a dour stalemate.
It’s onwards and upwards and this week I’m looking outside the Premier league as I cast the net towards the championship where Leicester away at Charlton looks tasty at 13/10. Charlton have yet to win with a draw and 2 defeats in 3 outings whilst the Foxes have played a game more but have won 3 out of 4. I was surprised to see over even money and this makes up leg 1 of this weeks treble.
Next up I’m siding with West Brom at home against Swansea. I think 17/10 is a big price considering Swansea played in Romania on Thursday night with players like Michu, De Guzman, Pablo, Chico and Rangel all starting.
Finally we are back to the Championship where I expect Reading to get back on track away at newboys Yeovil at 21/20.
All in the treble pays over 11.5/1 with Bet Victor so good luck in bashing those bookies.
